As part of the ongoing efforts to facilitate
IT development of Hong Kong, CK has
worked with the industry to set up dedicated
taskforces on different IT issues. By
coordinating the industry's efforts,
these working groups aim to take the
lead in making the public and government
aware of the issues arising from the
technological advancement and in proposing
ways to tackle them.
Established in December 2004, the
working group seeks to discuss the
vision and roadmap, and identify measures
at policy and regulatory level to
promote the greater development of
wireless technology in Hong Kong.
