
Come and share your views on Government ICT Procurement Policy!
The industry has always welcomed the policy of outsourcing Government ICT projects as we believe that the market will help introducing solutions to the emerging e-Government. However, we also observe a number of arrangements of the procurement policy which may hinder policy targets to be achieved:
- unlimited liability regime
- selection criteria for contractors
- assessment on project objectives for staged payments
- preparation time for technical demonstration
- remuneration package for out-of-scope tasks
To facilitate an in-depth dialogue between the industry and the Government on ICT procurement policy, I sincerely invite you to share your views in the coming forum:
